About the Founder

Megan is a Michigan-based therapist who specializes in emotions, relationships, and identity.

With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Michigan, Megan has honed her skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients. She has also received specialized training in various areas, including Infant Mental Health, Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and RO-DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy), further enhancing her expertise in providing holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Megan's dedication to her profession goes beyond theoretical knowledge and extends to the practical application of her skills. She has successfully supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and life situations in overcoming challenges, fostering resilience, and cultivating positive change.
