What does it involve?
Self-enquiry involves the use of intricately-woven questions that spark our curiousity and devlve deep into the inner psyche. They guides us as we navigate our inner thoughts and steer us clear from harsh judgment or shame. They push us to our "edge" without pushing us over. They help us find the perfect place, where uncomfortable vulnerability meets breakthroughs and transformational growth.

What do I need to practice?
Self-enquiry requires a nonjudgemental mind, an open heart, a piece of paper and a pen. Feel free to keep your entries in a journal or another safe space so that you can return to them down the road. It can be helpful to look back on past entries to see the progress you've made. Once you have your materials, you're all set! Work through the questions on this website at your ease.
