Getting in touch with your emotions

Individuals with over-controlled tendencies can begin their emotional healing journey by garnering self-awareness through the practice of noticing and reflecting on emotions as they arise in day-to-day life. Through intentional practices, such as emotion-tracking and self-enquiry, individuals can identify areas that are in need of support.
